She said all newborns in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scvmed.org\/site\/0,4760,sid=13132,00.html\" target=\"_blank\">Santa Clara Valley Medical Center<\/a> are tagged with <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/RFID\" target=\"_blank\">RFID chips<\/a> at their ankles to prevent theft.<\/p>\n<p>Nuts.<\/p>\n<p>Also, all parents and babies are being triple tagged with labels in case someone pulls a fast one on someone else&#8217;s baby.
