Think about it... Fast + accurate response w/o any added garbage about anything else... You just can't get better than this! From all my experiences dealing with email responses, KQED is by far the most accurate, fastest and easiest to deal with. Only if this kind of enthusiasm can be spread along to other organizations, private or public.</description>

		<description>I am delighted to read Shun Chu's experience with KQED fm radio in San Frnacisco. I have more than once telling KQED radio the kind of listener services I received from Paul Tourlin because even the most hopeless situation he can come up with some helpful assistance. He frequently, even on Saturday, stays until mid-night at the station anwering questions from the listeners. He is indeed the most dedicated volunteer.

By the way, we have gotten to know each other well enough to use nicknames that I am the Cow-Town Paul and he the City Paul.</description>
